Henson Orser, Co-Founder, CEO

Henson Orser commenced his career at Goldman Sachs in New York City, where he developed a strong foundation in fast-moving financial services environments where trust and identity are key. After about four years at Goldman, Henson transitioned to a senior role in a B2B Proptech company. There, he led sales initiatives targeting property managers, gaining in-depth insight into the complexities of consumer underwriting. This pivotal experience inspired Henson to co-found Two Dots, an innovative income verification platform designed to revolutionize the credit and housing markets. Since then, Henson has led TwoDots to help multifamily managers save millions in prevented leasing fraud while fostering operational excellence through automation and AI.

Max Ponte, Co-Founder, CTO

Max Ponte began his professional journey as an early engineer at Blend, a leading firm in the income verification sector. His tenure at Blend provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry’s technological demands. Max furthered his expertise by joining Google, where he contributed to the development of large-scale search algorithms. Combining his experiences at Blend and Google, Max co-founded Two Dots, with a vision to address the critical challenges in payroll data verification, leveraging advanced technology to deliver unparalleled accuracy and efficiency.
